All bookings require a 50% advance payment. Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the trek date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateway.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before the trip will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip are non-refundable.

3. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation. KedariAdventure is not responsible for accidents due to negligence.

4. Insurance

We recommend all participants have adequate travel insurance covering medical and evacuation expenses.

5. Liability

KedariAdventure is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trek. We reserve the right to cancel treks due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Modifications

KedariAdventure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
